Product Support: Priority support services are part of our commitment to your success. Telephone, email, and fax technical support are provided with your Annual Support Subscription. In addition, product updates are provided free of charge and major enhancements provided at upgrade prices.

Technology Transfer: Our Technology Transfer program includes basic on-site training and startup assistance with developing and deploying your solution. This usually involves 5 to 10 days of work at your site.

Full implementation: Quantara can analyze your business and provide a full turnkey solution for you from design to rollout. This solution includes training so that your staff can take over maintenance after delivery.
